Distributing dementia care information

A comprehensive handbook, "Dementia Carers' Pathways", written by carers for carers is available as a PDF download - see Getting Help - Dementia Carers' Pathways.  The content is provided in a generic format and is intended to be supplemented by national, regional / local information from the searchable database.  This forms appendix 2 of the complete booklet.

Rotary clubs are encouraged to download this document, and the appendices for their area(s) and have it printed and bound (typically comb) for distribution to doctors' surgeries, libraries and other public information outlets in their areas.
